Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Who operates the platform
Love2BnB is operated by Robeerst Holding AS, Nygata 8, 7014 Trondheim, Norway. These terms govern use of our website and platform. The separate terms shown for a particular accommodation or activity also matter when you request that service.
2. Our role and the partner's role
Love2BnB is a curated platform for discovering independently operated boutique stays and local experiences and sending requests to the relevant partner. The accommodation or activity partner, not Love2BnB, provides the stay or experience and is responsible for the accuracy, safety and lawful operation of what they offer. Love2BnB is responsible for operating its own platform and handling requests it receives. Nothing here removes rights that mandatory consumer law gives you against either party.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You may browse without an account; an account is needed for some features, including sending stay requests. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not use the platform fraudulently or interfere with its operation. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. Our Privacy Policy explains how account and request information is handled.
4. Booking requests and confirmation
Sending a request is not instant booking and does not itself guarantee a stay. The partner reviews availability and may accept or decline. Check the listing, dates, guest count, applicable house rules and confirmation you receive. Tell the partner or Love2BnB promptly if a confirmation is incorrect. Activity requests may follow a separate enquiry flow shown on the activity page.
5. Prices, payment and commission
Listings show prices in the currency stated for that property, which is not always euros. Review the displayed price breakdown, including any stated taxes, cleaning charges, optional extras and refundable deposit, before sending a request. Love2BnB's current stay-request flow does not collect the accommodation payment or hold guest funds. After acceptance, the partner provides the applicable payment instructions and is responsible for charging and refunding you under the agreed terms. Love2BnB charges the partner a separately agreed commission; that is not an additional guest payment through this website. Do not send money based on an unexpected message without checking it with the partner through a trusted channel.
6. Changes, cancellations and problems
The partner's cancellation and payment terms shown with the listing and request apply to that stay, subject to mandatory law. A pending request may be withdrawn through the account where that option is available. For an accepted stay, ask the partner about changes, refunds or a problem at the property as soon as possible; Love2BnB can help relay an issue but does not replace the partner's responsibility to provide the service. Statutory consumer remedies are not limited by these terms.
7. Host responsibilities
Partners must keep listing descriptions, prices, availability, policies and any required licences accurate; comply with applicable accommodation, safety, tax and consumer rules; and deliver confirmed services as described. They are responsible for communicating their payment and cancellation arrangements to guests.
8. Platform availability and liability
We take reasonable care in operating the platform, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or guarantee every partner's performance. Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from our own fault where applicable law does not permit an exclusion.
9. Content and changes to these terms
Website content and branding belong to Love2BnB, partners or other licensors. You may use them only as permitted by law or with the relevant owner's permission. We may update these terms and will publish a new effective date; material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights under a booking already agreed.
10. Governing law and disputes
Norwegian law governs these platform terms. If you are a consumer in another EEA country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that would apply under the law of your habitual residence. It also does not remove any right to bring a claim before a court available to you under mandatory jurisdiction rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a platform-related concern; disputes about the accommodation itself should also be raised with the relevant partner.
